Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, and its a Free Shipping.
Q: I only received one item, where is the rest of my order?
There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship every item individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.
Q: How long will my order take to deliver?
Click here for our full Shipping and Delivery info. Your order should take between 10 to 35 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Depending on different countries' custom restrictions, this may take longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Q: Will I have to pay any customs fees?
We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the balance.
Q: What is your Refund policy?
If we have shipped you the wrong item or the item hasn’t arrived within 35 (45 EU countries) business days we will refund or replace your order upon request.

Q: I entered the WRONG ADDRESS, how can I get this fixed?

Q: Will Christmas affect shipping times?
Due to the high amount of shipments that are sent and delivered in this season, orders can be expected to arrive up to 10 business days later than expected. This means that all orders made in November and December can take up to 35 business days to arrive. This also has an effect on our refund policy, if orders do not arrive within 45 business days since the shipping date then please enquire for a refund or replacement.
